Some names don't translate.
Grape, region, and appellation names keep their original spelling, the way the wine world writes them. Riesling stays Riesling, Châteauneuf-du-Pape stays Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and Brunello di Montalcino stays itself, in every language.
It is a deliberate line. Translating the interface should make Sommo feel like home, not rewrite the vocabulary serious drinkers already share across borders.
