Tsolikouri is a white grape variety, with its roots in Western Georgia, Georgia.

The wines show full body, no tannin, medium acidity, sweet and medium alcohol.

The tasting note runs to peach, apricot, honey, floral and herbal.

It is planted most seriously in Imereti and Racha-Lechkhumi.

In the vineyard it is marked by mid ripening, medium vigour and a preference for humid.
