Pampanuto is a white grape variety, with its roots in Puglia, Italy.

The wines show light body, no tannin, low acidity, dry and medium alcohol.

The tasting note runs to citrus, green apple, pear, floral and herbal.

It is planted most seriously in Puglia.

In the vineyard it is marked by early ripening, medium vigour and a preference for warm.

It blends readily with Trebbiano and Bombino Bianco.
