Manzoni Bianco is a white grape variety, with its roots in Veneto, Italy.
The wines show medium-full body, no tannin, medium-high acidity, dry and medium alcohol.
The tasting note runs to floral, spice, mineral and spiced.
It is planted most seriously in Veneto and Friuli.
In the vineyard it is marked by early ripening and a preference for cool.
