Listan Negro is a red grape variety, with its roots in Canary Islands, Spain.

The wines show medium body, low tannin, medium acidity, dry and medium alcohol.

The tasting note runs to red berries, spice and bananas.

It is planted most seriously in Tenerife.

In the vineyard it is marked by mid ripening, medium vigour and a preference for volcanic soils.
