Durella is a white grape variety, with its roots in Veneto, Italy.
The wines show light body, no tannin, high acidity, dry and medium alcohol.
The tasting note runs to floral, citrus and mineral.
It is planted most seriously in Monti Lessini.
In the vineyard it is marked by early ripening, vigorous vigour and a preference for volcanic hills.

At the table it suits tempura-battered prawns, poached fish fillet with salsa verde and smoked fish terrine.
