General support
For help with wine scanning, WSET prep, your wine journal, subscriptions, or anything else inside the app, email hello@sommo.app. We typically reply within 1–2 business days.
Before emailing, the help & support page covers the most common questions — account setup, subscription management, AI scan tips, and the difference between free and Premium.
Partnership and affiliate inquiries
Want to share Sommo with your audience? Our Partner Program pays 30% recurring commission on every Premium subscription you refer, for as long as the customer stays subscribed. Apply on the partner page or email hello@sommo.app with “Partnership” in the subject.
Press and media
For press inquiries, product imagery, or interview requests, email hello@sommo.app with “Press” in the subject line. We can usually turn around responses in 24 hours.
