The best wine app, now on Android.
If you have been searching for a wine app for Android that does more than log photos, Sommo is built for you. It is a pocket sommelier that runs on a wine-tuned AI the maker owns and refines every week, trained on wine rather than the open web.
Sommo brings together four tools wine lovers usually piece together themselves: an AI wine scanner that reads any label, a smart cellar with AI food pairings, a personal tasting journal with structured SAT notes, and a full WSET study suite for Levels 1 to 4. The Android app carries all of it across, with the same interactive map of 1,100+ wine regions and the same ten-language localisation, interface and AI writing alike.
It is built to feel native, not bolted on: Material design, proper large-screen and tablet layouts, and the responsiveness Android users expect. Download Sommo free on Google Play and start your first journal entry tonight. On a Huawei phone instead? Sommo for HarmonyOS is on Huawei AppGallery worldwide, including the UK and the US.
